Passages

 Passages is designed for students ages 18 to 22 with varying disabilities, Passages is a comprehensive post high school transitional program to prepare students to be active members of their communities. Multiple activities to reinforce targeted skills are presented in both engineered and naturally occurring environments, including the classroom, community and workplace.
